While we strive to ship out a timely manner, life happens as we are students or have full-time jobs. Shipping costs are calculated at check out. Return & Exchange Policy
At Iowa's Touch your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your beef tallow skin care products, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We're here to help with any returns or exchanges. Our aim is to foster trust and confidence with our customers, and our clear refund and exchange policy allows you to shop worry-free.
Damaged Items
We want your order to arrive safely and in perfect condition! If an item is damaged or broken during shipping, please contact us and we will replace the damaged piece at no additional cost.
For example, if your dish soap ramekin arrives broken, we will send you a replacement empty ramekin so you can continue using your dish soap.
Please contact us with a photo of the damaged item so we can arrange your replacement.
